Circle of Hope Transitional Home Program is founded on God’s vision and biblical principles. It is a two-year residential program with locations throughout the United States for at-risk young women between the ages of 18–24. We are committed to sharing God’s love and placing hope in their lives – one woman at a time by offering them a hand up not a hand out.

‘OUR MISSION IS TO WORK AS ONE BODY (1 CORINTHIANS 12th CHAPTER) WITH MANY PARTNERS THAT HAVE A WIDE RANGE OF SKILLS THAT CAN UPLIFT THE URBAN COMMUNITIES IN THE UNITED STATES Our World is rapidly changing, and this modern culture is driving our youth and their families away from the teaching of Jesus Christ which is Love and Peace. Today’s generation is being introduced to a distorted view on life which glorifies sex, drugs and violence elevated by hate which is the opposite of Love and fueled by Lying as the norm in today's society. We here at Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund, an Atlanta-based non-profit organization, with offices located in two cities Phoenix Arizona and Decatur Georgia, are developing relationships with local faith-based organizations in cities through-out the United States to produce events in our urban communities and on major golf courses across America, highlighting one or all of our five (5) initiatives: Women and Men Empowerment, Health and Wellness, Entrepreneurship, Education and Parenting and Transitional Housing. We understand that the lift is heavy, and no organization can do it alone, so we partnered with companies and organizations with the skills necessary to help us implement our five (5) initiatives needed in the Urban community. To mention one such company, Psalms Group, a Christian- based record company with major distribution through Universal Music Group (UMG) enabling us to access recording artists with brand names to perform at our events that will draw a large audience, because our events are FREE..’
Our purpose is to provide vital services to young women ages 18-24. The program is designed to combat the cycle of abuse, unintentional pregnancy, homelessness, poverty and human trafficking. Our commitment is for every young woman to complete the program feeling loved, empowered and confident to be successful. Our goal is for each candidate to pay it forward and influence other at-risk young women in their community.
