There are several health issues that plague inner cities such as: heart disease, diabetes, obesity, stroke, cancer and HIV just to name a few. Several health risks can be reduced with access to quality food, proper diet, exercise and safe sex. Improving life expectancy in the inner city is the third goal for Rhythm and Praise after the empowerment event.  Some of the key partners in this area include local farmers, doctors, nutritionists, trainers, local gyms, insurance companies, entertainers and professional athletes. Some of the areas of focus are:

  • Health screenings
  • Selecting the proper food and healthy diet plans
  • Cooking classes for healthy living
  • Navigating the healthcare system
  • Exercise plans

The Rhythm and Praise Charitable Fund is a Fiscally sponsored project of United Charitable, a registered 501(c)(3) Public Charity.
